FailSafe-ERA offers an Educational Enhancement Programs to provide participants the opportunity to learn various skills to increase individual and personal growth and to identify career enhancing opportunities, which will ultimately lead to successful, productive citizens in our communities and lessen the rate of recidivism.

Once chosen from the selection process, the winner s will receive a scholarship made out to their educational institution to assist with the costs of attending the college, university, or trade school of their choice. The scholarship is only open to individuals affected by incarceration that is currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school.

Selection Criteria. It is expected that applicants will demonstrate remorse for their action and a willingness to participate in our educational enhancement program. Applicants must complete our application and participate in an in-person or phone interview with the Failsafe Education Committee to finalize the application process.
