When I am sending the paytstubs, quickbooks stops sending email stating there is a network error. This error does not occur when I am logged into quickbooks webmail using the gsuite.

Another error that exists is quickbooks asking for Microsoft account password everytime I need to send an invoice through outlook using quickbooks. I dont know if the two issues are related.

Quickbooks was released in the latter part of way before the release of Windows 7, and while many of its features may well work, there are always one or two which will not.

Intuit have a history of the above. They always release a compatible product after the horse has bolted, presumably in a bid to avoid supporting the older version any longer than they have to support it.
