On days when the show isn't taping, you can still pick up tickets for future dates at the ticket booth. Regular hours of operation for the booth are Monday to Friday, 9 a. Pacific Time. It's also worth noting that "The Price is Right" has accessible seating for those with disabilities, and they do allow service animals in the audience.

Listening devices are available for the hearing-impaired and often you can reserve the services of sign language interpreters and other professionals if you call well enough in advance. If you or anyone in your party have any disabilities that may require help with seating or services, call at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that everything will be ready for you.

Also, street clothes should be worn rather than any sort of costume and no smoking is allowed on the studio lot.

In determining which type of auxiliary aid or service to provide, the Show will consult with you to determine what type of aid is needed to ensure effective communication; however, the determination of which aid or service is necessary to provide effective communication is ultimately made by the Show.

Guests are permitted to park in the CBS Television City lot if they require accessible parking due to a disability and have a valid government issued handicap placard displayed. Accessible parking on the lot including designated large van parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If all accessible parking is filled and a guest with a disability cannot make use of another parking spot, alternative arrangements including drop-offs can be made to assist that guest.

Audience members are brought into the studio in small groups of ten or twelve at a time, and each person is interviewed briefly by the production staff. They're looking for interesting, enthusiastic people to "come on down" and play The Price is Right.

Tip : Throughout the whole process, act like casting producers are watching you. Always be respectful of others, smile and have fun, and make sure you're enjoying the process. You never know when casting staff members are actually just around the corner, and they could see you at any time. Best to make a good impression! Only nine contestants are selected from the audience members for each episode, and of these nine contestants, only six will make it past Contestant's Row and get to play the game.

It might sound like slim odds, but when you consider the thousands of applicants for other game shows, the odds of becoming a contestant on The Price is Right are actually very good!
