Is the issue specific to one website or to all website? Last week I was training Articulate to one of our clients and for 3 days was working perfectly and then Nuance was installed and all elements crashed. Even after uninstalling Nuance we were unable to reinstall successfully.

It is worth noting that the organisation I was working with use IE11 as their default browser, but it also affected all desktop apps in as well as the cloud-based apps.

Has anyone had any advance on the issues described above, or any other experiences that might help in using Nuance and Articulate products on the same device? So sorry you're running into this! I'm not familiar with Nuance, but that does seem rather odd that you're not able to access Articulate at all since it was installed. Since this thread is a bit older, I'm not sure if these users are subscribed here anymore.

Would you mind reaching out to our Support Engineers directly over here regarding this? They'll be more than happy to work with you one-on-one to investigate what you're experiencing a bit further.

Good luck, 2odd The window opens and closes fine on the 2 machines I've tested on, and doesn't crash IE. Nothing is ever easy in this game is it?

I'll just have to tell him to patch his system. If you have ever opened a pdf file - AcroRd I would be willing to bet if he shuts down any instances of AcroRd If you'd like - send me the link and I will test it out using my system. I bet it will crash. Disable the Assistant and all will be well. I've discussed the matter of Acrobat running in the background after closing the window with the client.

The client said acro He's running XP, IE 6. I'll tell him to download latest acrobat reader. I'll get the version number of his current AR off him for the board. If downloading latest version doesn't fix.. I'll be back. For Windows 7 users: 1. On Windows Update screen, click Check for updates to find the available update for IE browser by then. Screen Recorder. Transfer Products. File Management. More Products. Method 1. Run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter 1.
