Please take a look at the following post and solution posted by another community member: Re: Windows 7 and HP Image Zone software. There is no 'troubleshoot compatibility' option when I right click on setup. I think that must be for Windows 7 only and as I've already explained I have Vista.

I know how to scan with Windows Photo Gallery - I've already stated that in a previous message. What I want is the ability to sharpen and clean up images after they are scanned.

In Image Zone Express there was an 'Auto Fix' option that automatically adjusted the contrast and brightness of scanned images. Both printers say they are Windows Vista compatible and Microsoft says they are compatible. Does anyone know how to fix this? This thread is locked.
